Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

Os this your first time applying?

Nochole said the majority of the ppl who had their points updated were from previous terms. So maybe tomorrow and hopefully decisions by Friday.

So if I were to retake a class at a state university, they wouldn't take the credits for it?

I'd recommend talking directly to admissions bc they may have been changing it recently

Yeah, I would have to talk to someone about that. Because I did retake a few classes at FAU and they still took the credits at BC as part of their grade forgiveness (even with a passing grade). I haven't had any trouble with it before, but, like you said, they may have been changing things around.

I'm not sure, could it be bc you can not retake classes that you already passed using your financial aid. Idk if this makes sense

Because in state institutions such as community college getting a C in a class is considered a passing grade so they won't allow you to retake. You should really speak to admissions and check with them about retaking courses cause I remember hearing they were going to have some changes after May term

Random question.. for the summer classes I quickly registered for nutrition and other odds and ends, just to have a spot just in case I didn't make it into the program.. or was I supposed to register for nursing classes instead, and obviously not take them if I don't get in?! What did you guys do?

You can't register for nursing classes until they give you the code sheet bc you'll register wrong.
