Hey everyone!

I know it's a little early to start this but I just submitted my application yesterday and wanted to know if anyone else has submitted theirs yet.

I am looking to go to Central campus and I'm impatiently waiting to see if I have been accepted.

Im so sorry! I was just nervous that I might have had to forfeit my seat. I will wait patiently

Hello, I'm currently on the "Alternate Pending Seat Avail" Does this mean that I am on the waiting list? If so, how long till I know if I'v been accepted or not? What ultimately defines whether we get a seat or not for the "Alternate Pending Seat Avail"?

Another question does everyone who doesn't get "Pre-admission" status get an "Alternate Pending Seat Avail" status? I would send a personal email but for some reason my BC email isn't working. Thank you.

Alternate-pending seat availability means you are part of the alternate group of students we selected in case seats become available. You do not have a seat in the program currently. If seats become available we will go down our list in GPA order and call the next available student.

No not everyone gets an alternate status if they are not invited to join the program. The alternate pool is limited. The remaining students received denial letters.

If your email says "You have been selected for admission......" then you are being invited to join the program.

If you are an alternate, it clearly states alternate in the subject line and body of the letter.

Embarrassed to ask but did anyone else get denied? Any recommendations on alternate nursing schools?
