Broward College hopeful for May 2013 Nursing Program

I know there is a lot of confusion going around with the new requirements for the BC nursing program so I wanted to start a thread for those of us finishing prerequisites and applying in January. I'm in the Core class now, but other than that I'm finished with everything else and getting very excited to start next year!

Now I'm freaking out that my registration date is still 3/18. I do think it's strange if the change in registration dates means anything before they even tell us if we got in or not....if they already know who they're taking then why wait to tell us?

Interesting! My registration status says 3/15 as well, but my degree is still Associate in Arts so I am not sure if that is an automatic thing that happens when you apply for the RN program?

I've been taking classes at BC since Jan 2011. My unofficial transcript shows "Nursing - 2127" above each semester on the transcript because I declared that as my major while I was taking prereqs.

I was an Associate in Arts major starting in 2011 so that is probably why my transcript doesn't mention Nursing.
