I know there is a lot of confusion going around with the new requirements for the BC nursing program so I wanted to start a thread for those of us finishing prerequisites and applying in January. I'm in the Core class now, but other than that I'm finished with everything else and getting very excited to start next year!
Ok you all gotta check something for me. When checking my limited app status I accidentally clicked on registration/ admission status. It says I may register beginning march 15. Now according I the academic calendar the only students that may register on march 15 are grad candidates, hon, bach, vets, health.
Do you think that means anything?!?

Interesting! My registration status says 3/15 as well, but my degree is still Associate in Arts so I am not sure if that is an automatic thing that happens when you apply for the RN program?
I think there might be something to the dates. Last week mine said 18th... now it says the 15th. According to the latest registration calendar update (which does not appear in all places on the BC website - see below), Health Sciences registration begins the 15th and continuing, new and re-entry students is March 18th.

I am getting genuinely irritated, but it is just frustration. It's not like I can call and yell at someone for not giving me an answer early! I do feel your pain though, I want to go to Health Admissions and assume a toddler's tantrum pose on the floor before screaming bloody murder.
