Broward College hopeful for May 2013 Nursing Program

I know there is a lot of confusion going around with the new requirements for the BC nursing program so I wanted to start a thread for those of us finishing prerequisites and applying in January. I'm in the Core class now, but other than that I'm finished with everything else and getting very excited to start next year!

On BC's main page it's only out in some buildings working in others. It's been out most of the day and classes have been canceled until 5pm when they are going to reassess. Not sure what building houses nursing so I don't know if it would affect anything or not.

Sorry to have disappeared yesterday during some of the chatting. I decided to check my degree audit because of the registration date discussion. My degree has been changed to nursing 2127 with an asterick stating that it is my primary degree and my degree audit has been totally repopulated to reflect an AA in nursing degree. At the bottom, however, it states not yet admitted to program.

I don't think the power outage affected administration or nursing buildings. I was there today, and really wanted to just ask if I got in. I couldn't get up the nerve.

I log in expecting to see some sort of news and nothing! We will know by the end of the day on the 15th right?!?

I am going to try and have a good day, but it is really interesting how the anxiety increases exponentially everyday. Just when you think you can't get any more wound up, the stress jumps up another notch. :sorry:

Oh well, take a deep breath and carry on I suppose. Have a great V-day guys!
