Hi! This is a thread for anyone applying for August 2012 class at Broward College for the generic nursing track. I deferred my seat so I will be starting in August. I haven't decided if I want to go to central or south yet.. I'm super excited about starting in August! If I could help anyone with anything feel free to ask! :)

Mine said $0.00 due and financial aid paid it in full amount. So I dont know, call financial aid and find out

My balance due is still there but I have to get a subsidized loan and financial aid said they are certifying loans this weekend and check on Monday to see if I go to zero balance

Is your balance due paid for or is it still there because my Award is posted but it is still saying I have a balance due?

Same for me. When I called financial aid she said awards will be processed by the end of the week. So hopefully any day now! I'm waiting on it to buy my books

Gosh that a lot of books! Did you get the book package? How much were all those books?

I got the bundle which had 4 books and passcodes for the digital books. The other 16 books (whew!!!!) were from the booklist. The bundle was 686 or so. The other books plus scrubs, nursing package, sthescope, and pen light was 1500.00

A lot I know but some books aren't for nur.process I an II.

Just did. but I'm not sure if its for all students in general or for those who have him for NUR1020L. Because I only have him for lecture.

I think that the first clinical day is mandatory for all students but check just in case
