Hi! This is a thread for anyone applying for August 2012 class at Broward College for the generic nursing track. I deferred my seat so I will be starting in August. I haven't decided if I want to go to central or south yet.. I'm super excited about starting in August! If I could help anyone with anything feel free to ask! :)

Yes you may not have taken MCB2010 but it was probably based more on gpa

an ask to attend another session. I had to do that last orientation; I was accepted for May 2012, but deferred to August. Thought that would help. Also ceufast is only 30 for all your certificates- just make sure you choose the class with the correct hours listed next to it. I did all of mine in a weekend after my children were asleep :)

I need to do CPR and that's it.

Ceufast.com is good to take domestic violence, Medical Errors and HIV they have the correct number of contact hours For TB/OSHA/Hep broward requires 6 contact hours all together on Ceufast they only provide 5 contact hours all together

What's a forensic drug test? Lol are they gonna take hair n blood samples? Or is that their fancy yet scary way of saying urine drug screen lol

Lol so why can't they say that. I'm here like Oh Em Gee they are Gonna take DNA samples n stuff lol.... I'm so excited I can't wait to start... Bye bye to my social life, hello Nursing School :)

I know how you feel I am only 20 its going to be hard giving up social activities but I am so ready to start this journey of becoming a nurse.

No from what they told me is they give us reference codes for each campus and a time n date that registration opens and its first come first serve from that point. Whatever campus u start in will be the campus you will complete the program
