Broward College August 2011

Hi guys, is anyone else working towards starting the nursing program at BC in August 2011? I am working on my last pre-reqs this semester (spring 11) and then apply and hopefully get accepted for the fall semester. I just took and passed the hesi exam last night and that is one big load off my back. I also started my hep shots since it takes 3 rounds of shots and a total of 6 months to be fully immunized. I want to have all of my ducks in order to start the program. I am undecided whether to go to south or central campus. Any advice?

They said 30 days from the original date. I still check every day lmao

Me too. I am going to the library today to check out a few books. I am hoping to distract myself for the next couple of weeks.

Has everyone already completed Micro? I have not so I'm wondering when I'd be able to take it if I am accepted.

Taking it right now :uhoh3: 6 weeks is driving me crazy! You can always take it during Nursing school. A lot of people do it that way.

I am also doing the six weeks. Are you doing it at Central? I am counting the days until this is over. We have 2 weeks and 2 days to go!! :yeah:

Im actually taking it at Miami Dade. Transfering everything over at the end of the summer. Two weeks left...woohoo! Cant get here any sooner!

So tired of seeing "Application in Review" UGHHHH

My HESI isn't checked off on the Limited Access Status page. Do any of you have it checked off? I know points aren't awarded for it. Just wondering why mine isn't at least checked off as satisfied.

My HESI is checked off with no points awarded. You might want to check in with them to make sure they have what they need. Also check and see what Micro classes are left. When I registered for mine they were almost all gone.

My application is still in review. I think my heart will skip a beat the day it changes LOL!:lol2:

Oh, I had the craziest dream last night that we were finally all notified. I got in!! The dream felt so real.....can you tell that I really hate this waiting, lol

Is there anyone that is planning to go to north campus, that is planning on moving out on their own, or looking for a roomate? I found an awesome apt and it's a 3 bed room. I'd prefer females. Thanks
