Broward College applicants for Fall 2009

Did anyone already turn in there applications for Fall 2009 @ B.C.? because I am turning mine in next week before the deadline and now I have to wait AGAIN and keep continually looking at my e-mail and the myBC account for the Limited Access Program everyday hopefully I get in THIS TIME being my 3rd time :yeah:

Hey all those accepted so far..........

If you look at your degree audit, does the Program Admit Status still say N for you?? Mine does, and I didn't know if that meant anything even though my application status says Accepted.

Hey Guys!! I GOT IN!! Well...no email but my status changed to "Accepted." OMG...i am so excited and nervous and WOW. Wooohooo! :clpty:

When I went to orientation, it was a few hours long. They went over expectations for the program, the number of hours needed to study, the CEU courses you need to complete b4 starting (HIV, TB, Domestic Violence, CPR, etc.), the drug screening, the background checks, how to register for classes. You'll meet the Associate Deans from each campus. They'll send you the info about orientation in the acceptance e-mails.

My pgm admit status says "Y." I think they are still going to be updated and all this week though.

i don't know what "accepted into limited access program" means. however, a friend of mine who had 10 pts also received the same message. mine just says "accepted".

I just checked mine and it says accepted. I have 14 points.

It seems so, Jam....but since my degree audit still has an N under program admit status, I'm not sure.

Keep ur chin up. I really do think they are still updating. Someone I know called Central today and they said they would have the emails out too by the end of the day, but that didnt happen. I just think there is a delay.

Yeah, there might be a delay with that, its just strange they didn't change it when they were changing my application status. I'm sure its fine. I will probably stop by there before or after class tomorrow and double check.
