Broward August 2015

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but I've seen other threads for other semesters for Broward College. I didn't find one for August 2015. I figured this would be a good place to share each other's excitement to (HOPEFULLY!) start the program in August. Let's all support each other on this journey! :)

I know sta2023 is not required for the associates level nursing program, but has anyone taken it already? I need an outstanding professor. Doesn't matter which campus.

I took it already and for me Mcfarlane, Barry was my professor and I loved it. You have to put your effort in and do all the HW for your own benefit but he was one of my favorite Math teachers :) he fit well with my learning style

Agreed! At least today is Wednesday, which means tomorrow is Thursday, and we find out on Friday! and we will have our answer and we can finally relax (for about a month or so until the real crazy begins) fingers crossed for everyone!!!!

Unless they make us wait until Monday... :arghh: I'm really hoping Friday will be the day, but nothing has been confirmed, so there is still a possibility that they will make us wait longer. Especially considering that people are still taking the HESI and are being told that they still have time to submit an app.

thats the thing i feel as if they want to make sure they have a full class before they start sending acceptance letters which i think is pure B.S

I mean dang, how long was the hesi down for? I figured an extra week would of been fair! It's been just about three weeks If I'm not wrong

its open ended until seats are full" once they are full thats when acceptance letters will be sent, the last time i spoke with nichole she said they didn't event start looking at the nursing apps, i remember her saying hopefully this Friday, on Monday they were still accepting applications, NO STUDENT LEFT BEHIND! LOL

hesi been back up girl, they still waiting on them last minute students, before they close the hatch, ughhhh i am starting to lose it literally
