Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but I've seen other threads for other semesters for Broward College. I didn't find one for August 2015. I figured this would be a good place to share each other's excitement to (HOPEFULLY!) start the program in August. Let's all support each other on this journey! :)

When do classes show up on D2L...the weekend before school right??

Yep I'm bringing all supplies mentioned. I'm going to wear scrubs and for lecture.. we can just wear any sneakers right? I have some plain black Nikes I'll probably wear. And white ones for clinicals. Hmm so if clinicals start off in the schools lab..do we have to wear white shoes those days? Hmm.

Why is it taking North so long to load D2L?

I didn't even realize until today, that the Nursing club ( North) email said feel free to ask them any questions and that they had books for sale.

Went today to south campus took me 1 hour and 20 mins leaving my job at 5pm to get my id.... but when I get there they close at 6pm since its summer ... but online it states close at 7pm :/ ....annoying -_-

Chanee_ did you buy your scrub top from somewhere too? The logo company is going to do it exactly like the bookstore but obviously it's gonna be a different top, just wondering. Thanks!

Is anyone reading ahead? If so were did you guys start?

Reading the vital chapter first..writing up a study guide for the things I found important or I didn't know. I'm going to try to accomplish the first exam chapters listed. Also brush up on some math. Here's the exam 1 reading list that was from May.
