It wasn't the question it was my freezing up and stuttering I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

Don't feel bad, there was 1 person in our group who froze on a question for like a whole minute, then answered. I would have needed a minute for some of those questions as well

Why in the world did they say we will hear from them before Thanksgiving? What about Tuesday?

I thought she was being funny when she said Thanksgiving :Radioactive:

I think they said that across the board, it gets all of us off their backs for awhile LOL. It couldn't be that long because the 25th is the accept/deny deadline right?!

I think they probably don't know the schedule that's posted on their page. We'll probably hear Tuesday or Wednesday. Nancy will probably make sure of that because she won't want to answer all of the emails otherwise lol.

I'm just glad it is over with. Now we can just sit back and relax. It is out of our hands now.

Margarita time!!!! :)

I have some good news for you all. I think I will NOT be accepting a slot. One more spot for you guys! I may reevaluate next semester. Good luck to you all!

No I don't mind. I'm a pharmacy technician manager and my job is offering me a higher position. I love my job and don't want to have any regrets. I figured I should at least try it out, my credits aren't going to expire. (I just took my sciences last fall) I'll take some more classes I need like ethics & statistics and reassess next time.

Sounds like a good opportunity for you!! Good luck and congrats for the promotion

Thanks it was a hard decision!

Hi future RNs! Here are some of the ancillary books we use that have been SO helpful. The first is the workbook that goes with the fundamentals text. The others are NCLEX review and HESI review. There's a fundamentals of success that has been a life saver and the demystified book really breaks the hard things down. I use all of those books to study by doing the questions in the coordinating chapters. I've made pretty good grades on my tests:). Also, I put a pic of the link to the scrub pants I got. Same exact color as the tops and without the annoying elastic all the way around (that's how the bookstore ones are) but still shapely. These books are NOT required. But recommended :) Hope these help!
