I wanted to create this thread for students applying to BCC's program for Fall 2021. How are things going for everyone in the current climate? Please feel free to share your thoughts, experiences, etc. Former/current students, do you have any insight to share?

Feeling good! I'm finally passing again hahah. I got an 82 on my exam. So hopefully I can pass the final so I can pass this course !

How are we doing? Hope you all passed finals and can move on to Maternity/Peds. That was definitely a great rotation.

Hello hello hellooooo yes we passed! So glad to hear from uWe getting ready for pediatric and maternity! How was that rotation? How many assessments? How did you do?

I didn't have pediatrics due to Covid, but I loved maternity/L&D. If they ask you to volunteer for NICU go, it was the highlight of my rotation

We had 4 assessments and a final plus math

I got a solid B in Mat/Ped

 I am definitely hoping it wasn’t hard as this term! Way to gooooooo with the B! Do you know when they will give us our material so we can jump start on the reading? I’m kinda nervous

Yes we passed ! Thank the lord! It was a close call hahaha... but some how I pulled through! Got a 78 over all. Can't wait for next semester, but I'm enjoying this mini break . My brain needs it

They gave it to us after the new year I believe. I would say year 1 is equally hard across semesters, year 2 is harder
