Bring my own patient??!!

I am scheduled to do my NAC exam this saturday, and I just got a call from NACES, that I have to bring someone with me for my skills exam.

Does this mean there are no other students testing except for me?

Anyone else have this happen?

Wow, here in NC we use other students. We don't get to choose, its computer generated. I had to work with a lady from another class whom I didn't know. But it was okay...

I couldn't imagine having to TAKE MY OWN! :)

I think we get other students as well, but that's fine. Of course, I'd rather make my husband do it with me, ha ha ha.

I've already got my husband lined up to be my dummy for IV starts and such! (I'm starting nursing school in August)

I would have preferred hubby for the NAC exam....but he is a BIG man...so there is no way I could have lifted or rolled him on my own! LOL!! So I brought my petite mother in law!

But I will definitely use him to practice more nursing skills! Of course he keeps asking for a bed bath! LOL!!
