Breeze Online RN Initial Exam Application- Live Scan Fingerprints

Hi! In the process of working on Breeze Online RN Initial Exam Application, and was wondering if the BRN was particular about having live scan done after submitting the application, or if it would be acceptable to have live scan done prior to submitting application?

I did mine prior and uploaded it with my app. I'm concerned this is incorrect. Did you do the same thing and was there a delay?
