what bothers you the most when it comes to break time, or relieve time?
when its your turn to take a break the person doesn't tell you they are back from break or are they taking too long of a break? and what about when its time to go home ? has any ever forgotten to tell you they will take over or what?
I rarely get ANY kind of break. I quit smoking about 4 years ago and recently started back up. I only smoke 1 *maybe 2 during my shift, but there's a porch at the end of my hall so I can pop back in in a hurry.
It does irritate me that some people do split up their lunch breaks. You never know when they're going to be on the hall or out smoking.

I only get truly annoyed with my smoking coworkers if they can see that I'm desperately trying to catch up after an incident like a fall set me way back, shrug, and go out to smoke without even taking a dang resident with them! At my AL facility we have to escort our residents out to smoke and we keep their cigarettes & lighters in the nurses station. I swear, every time I'm drowning in call lights and a coworker ditches me to go smoke, it never fails: a resident stops by wanting to go smoke and that lazy CNA asks me to come bring the resident and their "supplies" out to her. Um, how about NO?
