Brazosport nursing school Fall 2010

I am applying to Brazosport College of nursing for the fall 2010 semester. I was hoping to find others that are applying there as well. I turned in my application yesterday and am hoping I get accepted. They said they will send out acceptance/denial letters 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. They said last semester about 80 applied and 24 got accepted. Does anyone know if they have a nursing information session?

Have any of you received an interview invitation yet?

Nope I guess I didn't get in. None of the schools I applied accepted me.

I know they were a little behind. Their first nursing class ever, Fall 08, graduated this may, only 18 graduated. Keep your hopes up. Im in my second year of applying to programs. Im so ready to start nursing school!!! Yet it seems like Ill never get there.

Nope. Still nothing. This isn't looking too good if they said they were already contacting students for an interview. I've just about given up on Brazosport. I've got a couple of other schools I'm still banking on. Whatever it takes to be an RN! I wish atleast one of us would get a letter so we would know that they really are being sent out.

Sad to say guys but I got a denial letter in the mail on Saturday. I'm still hoping to squeeze in at either College of the Mainland or San Jac. I should know about COM by next week. They typically accept 80 out of the 160 that apply so my odds are much better there. I wish all of you guys the best of luck!!
