Hi Everyone!
I have been out of hospital nursing for a few years and have been hired for the Emergency Nurse Internship at Brandon Regional Hospital. I haven't worked in an ER in over 3 years, but the ER was a VERY busy hospital in DC (Washington Hospital Center). The manager at Brandon said they are very very busy, but I am wondering how this will compare to WHC. Has anyone worked at Brandon Regional in the ER or any other unit? What is the patient population like? Is it a good place to work? I start January 5th and any information is greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance and Happy Holidays!!

I'm wondering the same thing. I work at BRH's sister hospital in Sun City but I would maybe like to transfer at some point but would love some input.
I am hoping to get some responses, but if I don't I will be sure to let you know how it is Mandy13086!
Thanks :) I would choose to work on the floor rather than ER, but Im just curious. I like where I am now..but it's a good idea to get the scoop on other spots :)

I too am curious as I may be starting Brandon Regional Hospital's residency program. I am curious to know anything and everything about the hospital. Thanks to all those that contribute.
