Just curious if anyone else applied for this opportunity? I did back in May. Yesterday I got an email that required recorded interactive interview. Never did one of those before. It was interesting to do after getting past all of the browser issues. Now they sent out another email that requested transcripts be uploaded and a volunteer form be uploaded, yet I can't upload them to my Taleo account like they requested. I sent an email and left a voice mail, and I haven't heard back. It only lets me review, wont let me edit my account. Anyone else running into this same issue. Anyone know what a new grad at Boston Medical Center makes an hour?
First she was explaining about the program that it is 1 year long then the next is the panel interview. Information will come by email for timing of the August 24th. She is starting the background check today. Just said it will be a panel interview. Will start last week of September beginning of October.
1 day hospital orientation, 1 week of nursing orientation then on the floor with a preceptor. Rotate between Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, and possibly NICU.
I left the recruiter an email. See if you can find out rate of pay for the nurse residency program. Trying to figure out finances just in case I get offered the position.
In 2010 a new grad made 31.81 per the contract. You can look up the contract. Says it was valid 02/2008 to 02/2011. So I hope they have an updated one somewhere I can find.
My interview went very well! Definitely nervous for the next step but hoping for the best. I asked other questions about the schedule and future interview, the floor, etc so I forgot to ask about the pay rate. I will try and see if a family friend who works at BMC has heard anything through the grapevine.
Also how did you manage to upload your transcripts and volunteer form to the taleo site? I have been unable to edit or do anything with my application other than view what I submitted. Hoping to hear back from the recruiter on maybe what i' missing.
You had to do that when they emailed us, they made it so you could upload that information. I think I heard you can fax it to them (not 100% on this one) but I know the nurse recruiter told me if I didn't upload it to bring it next time. I was able to upload those items before they turned it off again to only viewing. You live in Worcester? Did you drive or take the T? I drove the first time but think I should totally take the T if I get the position. Did she talk about your video? Did your recruiter have you sign for background check information?

If you don't mind my asking was the HR interview a formal interview or was it mostly explaining the program and the next round of interviewing?
