what kind of books are you lookign for?
I've read allot of good informational books and some really good books about nursing in general but if you are looking for books specificaly about men in nursing I'm sad to say I've never heard of or seen one. I would imagine that one has to exist I mean everyone is writting books these days.

A friend of mine turned me on to Echo Heron who has written quite a few books about her experiences as an ED and CCU nurse. They are fiction in the sense that she has changed all the names etc but they are accounts of her experiences and are very easy reading and you might learn something too.
Your question is quite general so I'm not sure if this is the type of book you were asking about but so far I am working on her second book and she is a great writer.
Echo Heron's books:
"Intensive Care: The Story of a Nurse"
"Condition Critical: The Story of a Nurse Continues"
"Tending Lives: Nurses on the Medical Front"
"Mercy"
"Pulse"
"Panic"
"Paradox"
