I am interested in purchasing one of these girdles that everyone is wearing now (You tube "Body Magic" if you don't know what I am talking about). Has anyone worked a shift in one of these? How was it? Did you see results?

If you are wearing scrubs there is no need for a girdle. Even more tailored uniforms are a relaxed fit.
This girdle is supposed to help with weight loss and back problems (or so they claim).

itsthedude - i've had my mbt's (what the new "shape ups" copied) for 2 years. Love them. My back does not hurt with them and I can walk forever. Yep they look wierd, but who cares if it enables me to walk for 12 hours without back pain. Not so sure they help with shaping up...obviously anything that helps you walk alot comfortably, and you do it, one is bound to get in better shape!

You want "weight loss" and assistance with back problems and or posture?
A vintage Playtex "rubber" or "18 hour" girdle (check eBay or thrift shops). should get you where you want to be
