I am about to take the nursing boards. Are there any tips that anyone would have to reduce my test anxiety? I have been studying since I graduated from nursing school and feel somewhat comfortable about the boards, but I have really bad test anxiety. I try to deep breathe and tell myself to relax but it doesn't work. Any tips?!?
