BMCC Nursing Program FALL 2017

Hello Everyone,

I passed the Kaplan, May 31,2017 with an overall score of 78%. I would like to start chatting with other prospective nursing students who applied for BMCC's nursing program and successfully passed the kaplan!... let the waiting begin!!:nailbiting:

I was ACCEPTED in the day program!! I received a call from Mr. Sierra around 1pm. 2 years ago when I first decided to take the pre-req's w/ 3 kids and a part-time job, I took a leap of faith. I had no idea how I would find time to study and to find childcare just to get to class, let alone get accepted. God made a way and I can now celebrate with you all! Congratulations to everyone!

@dmp621 OMG!!! I won't be in NYC on July, I have to travel because of my job. I truly can't make it. What should I do?!

I made it this far and got into the program, but I can't lose my job, that's how I pay for school :-(. What should I do???

Thoughts anyone?!

@ Epineda - well, I'm in the same boat too (although I managed to make it work by rearranging some stuff around) BUT what he said was that someone can go in our place and take notes for us at the orientation/registration in July. You'll be fine - someone is actually picking up my packet on Tuesday for me since I'm out of state at the moment. I think calling/visiting the nursing department main office is the best solution if you have any questions...it's what I'm doing tomorrow lol

Yes, if someone can go in my place that would be amazing ( I was about to have a nervous breakdown).

I'm picking up my package on Tuesday, but I'll stop by on Monday to make sure I have everything ready before leaving NYC.

Heyyy everyone! Im sooo thrilled for getting that call from Mt. Sierra for a day program👏🏽👏🏽🎈🎈😛. My GPA is 3.93 kaplain 73❗️

congratulations to all who got in! I am going in Tuesday at 10am as well!

WE MADE IT!!!!!!!!! we have a long journey ahead but i'm sure we will all get through!
