CONGRATS on your admittance to St.Pauls.BMCC nursing program requires all pre reqs being completed before you apply so I’m not sure you will hear anything from them at all . Good luck on your future studies.

The nursing department( Advisor) just emailed that no acceptance yet, and zoom meeting or email will follow up acceptance . I am surprised how someone says he or she had been admitted after calling director .

I’m certain that after the acceptance announcement (NOT FROM BMCC) was posted by a fellow member quite a few people contacted the nursing advisor via email (which they stated specifically not for ANYONE to do due to an overwhelming volume of emails last month) then so kindly and patiently gave us an acceptance date with details.

A blessing in disguise nonetheless. I’m unsure if the timing or pressure was right. Out of respect, I believe most of didn’t want to ruffle any feathers post email.

I am definitely the one with the glass half empty, LOL. If CUNY does not open this semester, I assume the Fall2020 cohort will start in Spring2021 so then it's another lost year...

A little bit off-topic here but did you all had to be health science majors prior to applying for the program? Or was being a liberal arts major (that is if you are) accepted by the nursing department?

You don't have to be a science major, but you must take the prerequisites regardless of your major. You can be a liberal arts major and take bio, chem, etc. Also, every school has different prerequisites.

Hey guys!

Just FYI for the students who need to readmit and be ready for fall 2020, all you have to do is go on the Bmcc homepage and under: future students, you’ll see readmit/former students. Fill out form and wait 2-3 business days. Of course I did it today and the representative said it’s going to be ready Wednesday ?.
