This makes sense. It's so difficult if you criss-cross your copy with the orig.The wife of a lawyer told me they have started using blue ink in his office because copiers do such a good job at coping it is the only way to tell which one is the orginal.
I also think the blue ink is nicer than ugly black industrial ink!

This discussion actually came up at my work the other day, and one of the nurses said the same thing - that their school had taught them to write in blue ink for this reason.
Of course, there are color copiers too.

I have always thought legal documentation should be written with black ink. I'm starting to run across more nurses using blue pens.
How is it at your facility?
