Wanted to share my experience with my NCLEX Exam for BSN, RN. I tried the UWorld with my classmate's account and I did not like it. Being bilingual I want something straight to the point ... surprisingly NCLEX test you straight to the point. Either you know the content or not.
What I used: ReMar quick facts, and virtual trainer. God bless Regina and her teaching skills! You will get a 6 week calendar of what topics she would like you to study. I finished this in 3 weeks. Plus, there is a facebook group that supports you if you have any questions on Regina's topics and I had a lot!
For questions, I did not do any questions until 10 days before my exam.
What I used for questions: Nurse Achieve CAT. The CAT questions is very similar to NCLEX. I read their "takeaway" rationale. This is a one-two sentence that is the main point of the question. It shut off every 75-90 questions...sure enough on the actual exam mine shut off in exactly 95 questions on October 1, and now, I'm a licensed BSN, RN!
Again, I'm bilingual and this is just my experience. I came here in the US at 19 years old so its hard enough to learn the slangs and different diets of various cultures so I would highly recommend ReMar and NurseAchieve. Yes I'm educated here in the US for my BSN but still I have a hard time with answering questions.
Last but not the least: Both are wayyyy less cheaper than UWorld! And don't forget to pray and thank God every day every minute.

Congratulations on passing the NCLEX, so excited ? for you. I am also writing the exam soon, and I am super anxious about it. I have Remar but feel like it is very basic. Do you think the Remar virtual trainer and quick facts book were helpful?

OMG thank you!! You'll pass continue doing the quick facts (Memorize). For virtual trainer, read and understand the treatments and what would you do first: knee-to-chest position, side-lying position, intubation, etc.
It's a basic content because NCLEX test you on what all other nurses throughout the country knows. YOU WILL PASS!! I will pray for you and claim you pass already!!
