Big Day Tomorrow!

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hi Guys!

I am taking the NLCEX-RN tomorrow and I feel excited and nervous at the same time.

I started reading my Saunders six months ago and it took me four months to finished it. Then I also reviewed by audio tape with NSNA as the reference. Now, I am not working for two weeks already since my interim permit expired and spend my time answering the 3 cds I have from Saunders. I only finished around 50% for each of those cds although I have covered all the diferrent areas in nursing with those cds.

I hope I will do good in the exam.

Wishing you lots of luck! We're all pulling for you!

Best wishes with your results. Do something for yourself in the mean time! Positive thoughts coming to you!

hy thread,

my fingers are crossed for you!!!

be calm and focused, than you will have no problem's.....

wish you luck and confidence...

Hello everyone,

I wanted to post a new thread for my question but can't find any "post new" button.

My "big day" is still very far and I just got an email from the BON of my choice that I can go ahead and register with Pearson-VUE for my ATT. Can anyone help me with these questions?

1. Do I need to register with Pearson-VUE right away after being notified by the BON?

2. Is there a "time limit" after being notified by the BON to register with PV?

3. If I do get an ATT, is there again any time limit before I have to schedule a test?

thanks in advance,

Hi, Click on the " NCLEX Discussion forum" at the top of this thread. Once the page is set up, click on the gray button " new thread" you can find it at the left top portion of the page.

Usually if you receive your eligibility, it will say how long the eligibility is valid. You will register with in this validity date. Once you register, you will receive your ATT and when you receive your ATT that is the time you will schedule for the exam.

Good luck!

Last night before I went to sleep, I checked the CA Board of Registered Nursing website and no result yet.

Early this morning, my friend and also a classmate in nursing way back in the Phillipines called and told me to check the CA BON website and I can sense she was happy at the other end of the phone. By the way, my friend lives a few miles from here.

My heart was beating faster when I turned on my computer. I checked and there is my name with the "RN" right next to it. I am so happy and still am. I am on CLOUD NINE now

To everyone here, thank you for the support and encouragement you gave to me. This forum is great and I had read a lot of the posts here and only particpated after I took my NCLEX-RN.

By the way, I took my NCLEX-PN last month, September 14, and I also passed.

I am LVN and RN now!!!!

For those who are taking the NCLEX-PN and RN and who really give their hearts in studying and preparing for these exams. I say " You can do it!"
