Hello All.
This is for all you new grads out there that find a position with an organization that constantly has openings for RNs. I have recently been hired from one of these organizations. THERE IS A REASON THERE ARE SO MANY OPENINGS. I was lied to from the beginning from this organization regarding benefit start dates, scheduling, and other important information. My message to all of you is to beware of places like this and dont just take a job because someone offers it to you. Be very very careful.
Hope this helps.

That's a good point. It's always a good idea to ask about their retention rate and why the position you are applying to is available.

VERY VERY GOOD POINTS!!! Also remember, that no employer will pay more than they absolutely have to. If their salaries are higher, it's probably because that's the only way they can get anyone through the door - LOL.
Retention rates are a very important piece of information. This indicates the overall stability of the organization & job satisfaction of people who work there.
