Alright everyone, I've been an ICU nurse now for 6 years and am looking for something new. I'm looking for something with a better schedule.. that means day shift, few or no weekends, and few or no holidays. I'm open to different options. But I also am hoping that I won't have to take a huge pay cut. I know anything I move to will most likely be very different than what I've done in the past, and I'm ok with that! Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Outpatient anything is what you want. Units like ambulatory infusion, endo, outpatient surgery center, or even positions like infection control, education, etc.

I agree with the above poster. Outpatient is the way to go for day hours and few, if any, weekends. But you can expect to take a pay cut, sometimes substantial, in obtaining such a position. Most (not all) such positions pay a considerable amount less than do the inpatient hospital jobs.
It comes down to priorities. How much (if any) pay cut are you willing to accept to get that brass ring of no nights/weekends?

Staff education might be an option to consider. You have acquired valuable skills in the ICU that might be applicable to such a job.
