Bethesda Memorial vs Boca Raton Community

Which facility do you recommend working at? I had a phone interview with both hospitals, but I prefer Bethesda. Any info is helpful.

Bethesda all the way! I worked at Boca Comm - yuck. Poor pay, miserable employees

Good for you. I used to work at Bethesda. It isn't a bad place to work, especially now that they've gotten rid of some of the bad apples that used to be in management there. Boca Community is not a place I would recommend. More than the usual politics at play there. Also, the clientele is mostly from the well-heeled section of Boca Raton---very rich, very demanding, and very rude.

Actually...Boca is not that bad of a place to work at...every hospital has its issues with management, miserable employees, underpaid nurses, etc...it's all what you make of it. And the clients at BRCH are really not as demanding as you would expect...

so how do you like bethesda so far? I had an interview there last week, still waiting to hear back.. but would like to know what you think.
