Best tablet for note taking/writing case plans

I am starting nursing school in the fall. Does notability seem to be the best app to eliminate printing off power point notes each night? Can case studies be created and/or modified from an iPad?

I am a very high tech personally usually, but honestly when it came to college... Pen and paper is my preferred way to take notes. I think I remember things better when I write them out by hand versus type. I speak from attending a traditional program, not an online school. Good luck to you!

I use an Ipad, a stylus, and Goodnotes (a low cost, paid app). It mimics pen and paper.
