Harborview Medical Center generally sees the most acute cases since they are a level 1 trauma center.

Apparently don't work at Sweedish. WA is my home state and now I am in CO; I just did orientation with a traveler that came from WA. She was at Sweedish and she said that it was always so dead in the ER. All the traumas would go across the street so they hardly had any true emergencies. The ER she is working at here in CO is pretty busy all the time with a lot of traumas so although it was crazy her first day here she said she was glad to get back into the traumas again.
In Kitsap county pretty much all the level one traumas were air lifted to Harborview so I would imagine this is definitely true.
