I am from california and i am currently applying for the nclex-rn. I just like to ask if what is the best review materials which i can use and study that can be very useful for the exam... and what are the usual questions that come out in the exam...thank you all very much in advance...
for suggestion, il suggest use the sticky on this forum called suzanne's plan.. read the thread and learn how it is done.
its all up to you weather youll fit in to that type of review but youll read alot of positive feedbacks here in allnurses using that plan.
i used it and passed my nclex with 75q

just found out this morning i passed using suzanne plan only. good luck to all and don't give up on god he came through for me as well as he can you. :balloons::monkeydance:
i do suggest utilizing the kaplan's strategy books in nclex. i am certain that it would be of great help to you. focus on the strategies rather than the bulk of informations in the books. for in the great run if the exam would give away questions concerning those which are not tackled during the exam or even on those books that you've read, the strategies would be your last resort. goodluck guys!
Same as BanzaiPipelineRN............I used NCSBN combined with Suzanne's plan (Saunders book and CD), I passed with 75 questions. I studied for 2.5 months and did at least 100 questions per day. NCSBN questions are what you'll see on NCLEX (not word for word, but it is that same format). To strengthen your content knowledge, Saunders has everything you need to know about basic nursing.
