Hello all-
I’ve already read that there are no best agencies but I’ve also read that some are better for first time or newer travelers. I’m an experienced Med-surg/step-down RN with many years of Float Pool experience but I want to give myself the best opportunity to be successful in this new role. Any suggestions for me? TIA.

I started with Host Healthcare and they were really nice and good at explaining things to me. But, it really probably just came down to the fact that I had a good recruiter, so just find a good recruiter for your first assignment!

I'm currently doing my first contract with Aya Healthcare. Everything was pretty easy going with no real issues per say. My biggest complaint is how quickly they reply/respond to me. If they need me to do something, they're on my ***. If I need them for something......it's the exact opposite. Usually takes quite a while for them to get back to me. Like, anywhere from a couple hours to reply to a couple days.
I know that's definitely not ideal by any means BUT......other than that, I have had no issues.
