I thought I would start this thread so we can exchange information and experiences while applying to the Bellevue College nursing program! I saw that forums have been created for previous years and have been helpful for those applying!

It's fairly hard to leave the competitive mind set behind, but my cohort seems to be okay with it. In general we may know who is doing well, but that is because we go to them for help. We've pretty easily slipped into the mindset of we want to do this together. I don't know if this is normal, but we all survived the selection process and now there's no competition, the energy had to go somewhere. The professors are very careful to not reveal student grades, though you can get a general idea from Canvas since it shows the box plot for the class in there. Our grades are updated usually within the same day as the exams. It's tough, but not unreasonable.

Does notification of acceptance usually always go out in the first week of May according to past years?

I feel like it's time to commence checking my mailbox on a daily basis.

This forum is running really slow this year. I'm curious to know when letters will be coming out. I scored an 89 on the teas. From what I've seen in the previous forums that was on the brink of winter and fall. Is anyone else willing to share their scores?

I also got 89 on my TEAS. Driving me crazy waiting to hear back... That was exactly my thoughts, fairly certain we will get in, but no idea Fall or Winter start.

Got my letter. Winter quarter! I'm so happy. I just did a victory dance and cried.

For those of you that are curious I got an 86 on my TEAS. The grammar part at the end really screwed me even though I got 100% on both the math and reading portions. So happy and excited for everyone that got in!
