Beat up in the name of nursing school

so i spent an hour and a half at the doctor today just getting everything done that i needed to start the nursing program! :eek:

i got my yearly female stuff done

had an uid put in (better safe than sorry while in school! :))

eye exam

tdap shot

tb skin test

and i had blood work done to check my hep b and mmr titers

:chair: needless to say it was not fun! lol i just can't wait till i'm the one doing the poking... :hpygrp:

yay! i had my physical with my internist back in may. i hope you like the iud, i love it. i am a 6.5 year copper iud user myself, best bc in the world imo.

the tdap was the vaccine that sucked for me.*ouch*

my dr. knew i was going to nursing school so she started giving me crap months before my paperwork for school was due and when i went in i still had a crapload of shots. I cant wait also till im the one giving the shots lol i start in like 18 days

I had some blood work done today---the nurse killed my arm it hurts so bad and I never experienced this kind of pain before.

i hope i like it too!!! it was $600!!!!!!!!!! :uhoh3: i just figured it would be the easiest since wouldn't have to give it a thought for the next 5 years! :D and yes, the tdap sucked! my arm is still numb!!!!
