For those who have had phone interviews? Was it just basic questions and what unit and hospital you want to be at? Mine lasted like 3 minutes, and the guy said most all trauma units are taken.

Can I ask what unit and location you applied for? I haven't heard from BUMC and applied the day applications opened so just curious

Has anyone heard anything from BUMC ICU?

I have a phone interview scheduled for Tuesday. What type of questions do they typically ask? On the Email is said areas of interest and behavioral questions.

I applied for BUMC trauma. The guy said all the spots for critical care are taken already. He said there's med surg for neuro and trauma med surge. I told him whatever was available to put me down for. But I haven't had a formal interview. It was just someone from HR confirming my application.

A few of my friends got invitations to sign up for phone interviews for all saints. I believe both put ICU as a preferred specialty.
