It's fine! I got the email for the phone interview first. I just got the email that my app was under review like an two hours ago.

Agreed. Does Baylor at least let you know if you are no longer selected or what the turn around time is for phone interviews typically once your app goes "under review"?

Yes! They took the longest to send updates for Winter cohort. NICU/Womens services filled up quick, so I got moved to the acute care list. It wasn't til November that they notified I wasn't selected for interview.

Thats crazy! They could at least just send us that denial letter if they know they aren't moving forward, so we're not sitting here refreshing our emails every 5 seconds. Respect for children's they were quick with my denial email 😂
