im so lost and I feel like im being thrown through loops. Waxahachie just called me with a "phone interview". its like they filled out my application again. it did not feel like an interview at all. and then he said that he sees that I was interested in ICU, but Waxahachie doesn't have any ICU available, which I knew because I took this call for PCU and Tele, so he said theres still positions available at some hospitals but not BUMC (BUMC is overflooded with applications.), but I can still put you in that pool of applicants to be looked at. then he mentions that you can only be within 1 pool at a time, so I won't be looked at waxahachie anymore if I go that route. so hes checking for me, but it also feels like weve havent gone anywhere at all and it makes me wonder if my applications I sent in the beginning were even looked at at all.

The phone calls aren't interviews they are screenings. At the virtual expo they said you can only do 1 interview at a time to make it fair for everyone so I believe that's why you can only be "interested" in one hospital at a time if that makes sense.
