Hey! 
I felt it went really great. I had one person and she made me feel really relaxed and was super friendly. She asked me like 3 behavioral questions and just wanted to know how I would handle a situation like that. Be yourself most importantly. I can't speak for all locations but if you get to have an interview with her you will do great if you just be yourself.  Also you got this!

Hi guys! 
I have an interview with BUMC NICU next week. Has anyone interviewed with the NICU already? If so, what questions did they ask and how was it?

@Bela25 What unit did you get in? I had an interview with MICU at BUMC today and it was really hard... ? I was internally crying

Did they ask difficult questions? Mines on 3/17 with Plano ICU, sooo nervous.
