Had my interview with OR this morning and got an offer a couple hours later. Good luck, everyone! I hope you all get offers too!

Congrats!! Which location? How was the interview?

Thank you! It's at BUMC. Interview was good. About 5 or 6 behavioral questions then told me about the program. Gave me time to ask questions at the end.

Wow! Mine is on 3/17 for ICU plano, I hope I will get an offer too. ?

They canceled my MICU interview and said it was full! Ugh

OMG! CONGRATS! I've been waitlisted for an OR (BUMC) interview. There's about 20 ppl ahead of me waiting for a interview. What were the questions like? How long is training? I have so many questions! ? ? CONGRATS again!

I hope you get an interview! Questions were a few expected interview questions, and then a few specific behavioral questions. Not too bad. The program is 12 months that consists of 6 months of education/acclimation to OR, and the 2nd 6 months is working with a preceptor and becoming more independent. Sounds like a great program.

Sounds like a very good program. Was it a panel interview? Like how many people were in your interview?

There were 5 people in mine. Everyone was very nice and personable.
