Is the pre-screen interview just a phone call or zoom interview? Do they ask us more behavioral questions or is it just confirming things we said in video + app? Thanks in advance!

I interviewed with them on Thursday! I still have not heard back. Congratulations to those who heard back from CTTICU with offers! When did yall interview?

Hey y'all! I applied to BSW on 2/2, submitted my video questions on 2/3, had a phone interview on 3/8, and had my panel interview on 3/2. I received an offer and accepted a position at BSW Plano for their acute care float pool nurse residency.

Be ready for behavioral/situational questions (Tell me how you handle ___, etc.) for your interview. Show them why you are so interested in their BSW and specific unit/location. Ask good questions and treat it like a conversation because you're interviewing them too. I also attended the Dallas expo in February and my hiring manager recognized me from there. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone interviewed for 6 Truett trauma in Dallas? I interviewed on March 19th, and I'm still waiting to hear something back.

has anyone heard back from any unit in Plano, Frisco, or McKinney?  I applied and sent in my video in early February and haven’t heard anything back yet.

I applied to those locations and have yet to hear back. I work at Baylor as a PCT as well... May have to accept an offer elsewhere instead.

I interviewed on Wednesday last week around 3 PM. Heard back on Friday around 6 PM
