Hey, I wanted to start this thread for all of us applying for any Baylor Scott & White locations to keep each other updated with responses and interviews. I applied for BUMC specifically.

I had an interview with grapevine this morning for the ED.  I got a call last night from the recruiter to schedule an interview for this morning.

The same recruiter emailed me yesterday around 2 and by the time I messaged her at 6 after emailing her my survey, she told me positions for women’s services interviews were filled. So upset about it and don’t really know what to do. It was my top hospital choice!

I don’t understand why they would even email people if they don’t have enough spots for them. Why not just email the amount of people you have spots for.

I agree! I also think it’s unfair to email at 2 pm and whoever emailed the fastest back got interview spots, but because I was in clinical, I wasn’t able to respond. So upset about it

has anyone heard back from grapveine ED? I was told id hear back last night or this morning but havent heard from them ?

Hello all,

Has anyone heard about offers, who recently gave an interview? How long they take to provide offers after interviews?

I have not yet. I just had my first interview today. I’ve heard that you can either hear same day, next day, or the following week.

@dbrn2021 thanks! And I am planning to do  interviews for multiple units, do you guys think that’s good idea? They can access whom I have interviewed with , so I hope multiple interviews won’t make bad impression?

I have 4 interviews and I had that same thought. I would say go to all but hopefully you get an offer quickly. If I get one of the positions from my top location preference this week, I’m cancelling the others.

I didn’t interview for Grapevine but I’ve been told by the recruiter that they completed the hiring process yesterday. Hopefully you hear about an offer soon!

@dbrn2021 Did you hear that Grapevine finished hiring for all units or just one?
