Does anyone know if BUMC is contract? Like as a nurse resident would I have to work for them for say 2 years instead of just finishing the residency?

How soon after interviews did yall hear back from someone? Was it a call or an email?

For the unit I interviewed for she told me right before the interview was over that she would be extending an offer, I received a call the following day and an email with an offer

I feel like I remember seeing $3 for nights and $4 for weekends somewhere but take that with a grain of salt... I think it will be more clear when we finish orientation
