1st interview at BUMC OR got cancelled due to internal hire and 2nd interview got cancelled due to recruiters miscommunication with the hiring manager..

Not yet hope to soon, I just finished my interview with Baylor Irving and it went well so ??

Can I ask what kind of questions they asked you during the interview?

It was a lot of tell me about a time type questions, they also asked why I was interested in OR , why Baylor , the director told me about the program and what the schedule would look like . But it's common interview questions like tell me about a difficult situation you encountered, tell me about volunteer work you did and how it impacted you, tell me about a time you had conflict with a co worker and how you resolved it, questions like that.

Not sure what the starting rate is but the recruiter did tell me a while back new grads get $1.50 every 6 months for up to 2.5 years.
