I was able to schedule one for 6/13, that was the earliest I saw. but I also responded as soon as I received the email. tried to get the first one at the earliest time

I got the phone screening email the next day

Had my phone screen today. Just a few questions:  graduation date, location preference, specialty preference, etc. I was told my info would be forwarded to the recruiter to schedule an interview.

I have mine tomorrow and I was wondering what questions to ask them... did you ask any? also did they say anything about waitlists ? specifically ICU. I'm so nervous LOL

Tbh I felt rushed and wasn't given the opportunity to ask questions. I had a few written down that I wanted to ask too LOL. They didn't mention anything about waitlist but said there's no women/infant positions available. I was told there are ED/ICU positions. It's kinda informal so no need to be nervous!

What does the automatic phone interview we do determine?

good morning! I just had my phone screen and it was pretty decent. the lady asked me a few questions and asked what units I was interested in but it seems like they're still trying to figure out what ICU positions they have... I think it might just be limited to me bc I have a family member that works in an ICU. but it was only about 10-15ish mins, minus her looking for some info I requested. she said interviews start in July, if selected. good luck everyone!
