I got a phone call today and have a live video interview set up for ICU in Temple on the 24th, is there anything I need to do to prepare for this? like have recommendation letters maybe? or does anyone have any suggestions about questions I should be prepared to answer?
I am so so nervous so any type of help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
They send you a link to do your references before your interview. I made portfolios with resume, cover letter, letters of rec, and certifications. But my interview was in person so I’m not sure if you’re able to email that to the interviewers so they can check it out? Anyways, be confident and be yourself. It’s such basic advice but it’s so true. At the end of the day they’re deciding if your personality is a good fit or not! Other than that just study behavioral questions! I looked at a lot of Youtube videos. You’ll do great, good luck!
about how many questions do they ask??

My interview was an hour long. I interviewed with the manager over all of the ICUs first, she asked 3 or 4 questions and we talked a bit. Then I went up to the unit and interviewed with the managers of the 2 ICUs that I was interested in. They asked maybe 5 or 6 questions and then we talked a bit about how orientation and training goes and got a tour.

Has anyone done one the live interviews yet? what is it like? I was told I would be interviewing with all of the ICUs at Temple so I am assuming it will be many people on the video asking questions
