Congratulations! That's so exciting. How long did you wait between interview and offer? I have an interview coming up and just want to have an idea before the post-interview anxiety kicks in! haha

If you don't mind me asking, were the questions very behavioral or more clinical? I'm interviewing at a different location so they may do it totally different but I'm curious about Baylor's process in general.

Thank you! I had my interview on Monday afternoon and I got the phone call yesterday afternoon, so not very long, but long enough LOL! I had asked during the interview and they had said to expect to hear from the recruiter in the next couple weeks so I'm grateful that I heard back much sooner than that ? Good luck in your interview!!

They mostly asked the usual behavioral questions based on previous clinical experiences. Good luck!

Hi Y'all!

Interviewed with BUMC yesterday and hoping to hear good news! They said I would hear back by Monday afternoon latest after sending a thank you email so hoping that means something good LOL

Hey ya'll, I interviewed at BUMC yesterday on the CTTICU yesterday but the unit manager wasn't in my interview and I forgot to ask for his email to thank him. I emailed my recruiter for the contact information but he hasn't emailed back and I don't know what to do ?Any advice?

If you have his name, maybe HR would be able to provide an email for you?
