Hi everyone! Figured I'd start this thread. Just applied today. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone received a phone call for the pedi at the Temple location?

I got a call from the recruiter early this morning, I have an interview with MICU on 3/4!

How were the interview questions? Were they behavioral and situational? I have a interview this Thursday.

Behavioral. Conflict with coworker, a project you’ve worked on with the steps and result, and an example of teamwork is all I can remember! Good luck!

Hi! When I had a phone interview with Dennis, it took about 5 minutes. He asked me standard questions about my GPA, if I took the NCLEX, experience, and what units I am interested in. Then he asked me if I am interviewing anywhere else and what stage of interviewing am I in. We then talked a little more and then he told me that a hiring manager was interested in me and we set up an interview. ?

I think I interviewed a little before most people, but my friend directly referred me to the unit manager.

I think you all will start hearing a lot within this next week or so! By looking at past forums, it seems that a lot of people hear back around mid- March!

Hello! How did the in-person interview go? Also, about how long did you hear back to let you know if you got the job? Thanks in advance.

Still no word on women’s services?

The interview went great! I really felt like I clicked well with the staff! I first interviewed with the unit manager and then I had a panel interview. This was all in the same day. It took me about a week to hear back. I got the official job offer about a week after I got the verbal offer from the recruiter. ?

Hey everyone! I have an interview on Monday and was wondering of those that interviewed, did you bring recommendations and your transcript? The email I got just said to bring tons of resumes...I just got found out about interviewing yesterday so getting recommendations is tricky with the short time frame (but can be done if I hussle).

Congrats on the interview! I only brought like 6 copies of my resume. I didn't bring transcripts or recommendations. I was prepared to hand out at least those copies, however, when I offered them, they already had my resume on hand! Definitely bring at least 5, just in case. Also, I think bringing your transcript doesn't hurt at all. I wouldn't worry too much about the letter of recommendations though. Good luck! You'll do great!! ? Which hospital and unit???

Does anyone who has applied and had an interview have nursing experience? I have nursing experience, but have only worked in the clinic setting. It is my understanding that Baylor's residencies are for new grads and experienced nurses looking to change specialties. Just wondering if you or anyone you know with experience has been hired for a residency and what the circumstances were?

I had an interview in the MICU today as well. Did they tell you when you would hear back from them? I am very curious as they did not tell me when I would hear!

Hello about how long did it take for them to get back to you about the position?
