Baylor Program in NY hospitals?

Which hospitals in New York participate in the Baylor program?

From what I understand, the Baylor program allows nurses to commit to working two 12-hour shifts on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday). For agreeing to work every weekend during the calendar year, they are paid a full time salary.
